When a big corp "steals" your idea...

Today, our favourite AI company just made a few announcements.

One of them was canvas - a new way to interact with ChatGPT.

And guess what:

IT WORKS EXACTLY LIKE MY APP I STARTED BUILDING A MONTH AGO.

I had an idea for a text editor with AI on one side.
Guess what - OpenAI just released "canvas" and it works almost exactly how I imagined my project to work.
And it's just before launch. Nice.

I didn’t even manage to launch it in time.

I’m so mad.

So what I’m planning to do about it?

See, my only hope is to come up with another feature that will make my product so good, their new thing would feel bad.

Essentially I have to beat a bunch of 150 IQ nerds at their best game.

My current ideas:

invest more into training the model behind my app on high quality data to provide excellent outputs
launch as soon as possible and start building tools closely related to Youtube and scriptwriting
